Where your game's installation folder is varies based on your operating system and what you're using to play Stardew. All of your Stardew Valley mods are located in the Mods folder within your game's installation folder. Linux versions of Stardew Valley store game save files at the same location as Mac: /.config/StardewValley/Saves Mod Folder.
